We want you to be confident in every order — but because Botanical 16 is a personal-care product, our returns window is intentionally short and applies only to genuine issues with what you received.

Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery. Requests made after 5 days cannot be accepted.

What's Eligible

• Item arrived damaged in transit.
• You received the wrong product or variant.

What's Not Eligible

• Opened or used bottles — for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept a bottle once its seal has been broken.
• Change-of-mind returns, or requests raised after the 5-day window.

How to Request a Return

Email hello@botanical16.in or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and photos of the item within 5 days of delivery. We'll confirm eligibility and next steps within 1–2 business days.
